The purpose of this group is to create and attract investment opportunities to promote hi-tech start-ups and help companies expand and grow in the region.  Below are our initiatives:
  • Work with organizations to promote capital raising activities

2009 Accomplishments
Tech Coast Angels
- Participated in various events
– The Inland Empire chapter, after 3 years of work, is now seeing deal flows taking place locally
- Established seed Track



IP Commercialization

- Work with universities in the region to develop framework for IP commercialization
- Tech Coast Angels held the first "Innovation Challenge" in partnership with University of California, Riverside, to promote commercialization of UCR intellectual properties.  Members of RTCF participated as mentors.
